Haifa Bemri serves as Product Owner at AVIAHEADS, where she is responsible for designing and developing the curriculum and training programme for the company’s Aviation Education Center. Working closely with AVIAHEADS’ technical aviation professionals, she ensures the programme is aligned with industry standards and client needs.

Her career background spans education, learning and development, and business communication. She has designed and delivered training programmes and educational content for organisations such as the British Council and Iberostar, and has led communication initiatives for e-commerce brands.

 

Haifa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication (Business in English), a Master’s degree in E-commerce Consumer Behaviour, and is certified in adult teaching. This academic foundation supports her ability to create structured, engaging, and effective training programmes within aviation.
