RISK MANAGEMENT

To prevent potential events of default, we prepare statuses and records, ensuring their compliance with both airworthiness and lease requirements. By maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to regulatory and contractual standards, we mitigate the risk of default events, protecting the interests of our clients.
Event of Default
In the event of Aircraft ARC renewal or CofA prolongation inspection we conduct a thorough analysis of records to determine the list of deviations and discrepancies, focusing issues related to airworthiness. We then assess the methods and associated costs required for resolution, carefully evaluating the impact on operation. Our team provides expert guidance on the optimal course of action, ensuring compliance and minimizing operational disruptions.
CAA Audits
Aircraft Grounding
We ensure that all AMP/MPD tasks, repetitive inspections, AD incorporations, temporary repairs, HT components, Engines, APU, and LG LLPs are within their remaining time and utilization frames. By reviewing maintenance schedules and avoiding overdue maintenance, we protect your aircraft from unexpected grounding, minimizing disruptions to operations and preserving fleet reliability.
CASE STUDY
We're confident in our ability to handle any risk effectively

SITUATION
Our team was enlisted for an audit project by an airline. The task involved reviewing the AD, SB, Engines, APU and Landing Gears BTB records for over 12 Boeing aircraft of various models. Our objective was to ensure that these records were in compliance with both CAA requirements and lease contractual obligations.

ACTION TAKEN
During the audit, we meticulously retrieved information from the client's in-house maintenance and CAM software. We also obtained records from the customer server and archive, including hard copies where necessary. Our team built the airworthiness statuses and provided preparation support records and DFPs to ensure comprehensive compliance documentation.

RESULT
Our actions enabled the airlines to prepare the necessary documentation for the lease mid-term audit, thereby avoiding disputes and potential events of default. Additionally, the client received comprehensive statuses and records of the aircraft from the induction period up to the date of the audit. This clear technical records history eliminates the need for reworking in the future, particularly during the aircraft phase-out stage.

Improvement CAM processes
This service is ideally suited for airlines operating aircraft under OPS lease structures. Given the diverse maintenance and return conditions stipulated in leases, maintaining aircraft in compliance with both aviation regulatory standards and lease agreements is crucial. These services are also applicable for own aircraft in the fleet, identifying weaknesses and enhancing them accordingly.
