CASE STUDY
SITUATION
Our team was tasked with the records scanning of two A330 and one B777 aircraft on behalf of a lessor. These aircraft were acquired "as is where is" and the lessor aimed to obtain a digital version of the technical records archive spanning the entire average 20 years of maintenance history for each aircraft.
ACTION TAKEN
We obtained records inventory of boxes for each aircraft and embarked on scanning the entire technical records - over 200 boxes. This process spanned a duration of two months and was conducted at our short-term rented facility located at the airline's premises. Leveraging OCR technology, we ensured
accurate and efficient digitization of the records.
RESULT
As a result of our efforts, our client received a digitized copy of the records archive in digital format, organized according to the inventory of boxes and accompanied by OCR technology. These digitized records were seamlessly uploaded into the customer's cloud platform, enabling their technical team to sort and organize them in accordance with internal standards. This enhanced accessibility and readability have empowered the client to perform further analysis and effectively manage their aircraft maintenance records.
