STRATEGIC ADVANTAGES

Once engaged, we autonomously manage the project, providing transparent reports on project development. These reports outline critical points and detail the necessary actions and timelines for rectification. By minimizing client involvement in day-to-day operations, we free up their time to focus on other critical tasks, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Technical Records Issues
When technical records issues arise, we add them to our open item list and inform the delivery party for resolution, providing guidance if necessary. If a solution cannot be found, our team then advises on whether it involves resolving the issue through commercial negotiations or incorporating it into an exception list.
Unexpected Delays
In the event of unforeseen delays, we conduct a thorough analysis to determine the root cause, distinguishing between issues related to airworthiness or commercial concerns. We then assess the methods and associated costs required for resolution, carefully evaluating the impact on the overall project timeline and budget. Our team provides expert guidance on the optimal course of action whether negotiating commercially viable solutions or incorporating them into exception lists.
Regulations Changes
In response to regulatory changes, we conduct a detailed analysis to determine the most effective approach to ensure compliance. This involves evaluating various strategies such as implementing necessary adjustments to meet new requirements, recommending the optimal course of action, or seeking compliance extensions or Alternative Means of Compliance (AMOC) when appropriate.
We're confident in our ability to handle any risk effectively

SITUATION
Our team was tasked with overseeing the phase-in process for five Boeing 777-200 and two Airbus A330-200 aircraft for a major airline company. These aircraft were located across various facilities, including Singapore, VCV, California, Teruel, Spain, and Chateauroux, France. Each aircraft had multiple registrations and required special procedures such as OTAR compliance report preparation and intermediate registration with N-reg. Following registration, the delivery acceptance process was conducted, after which the aircraft were re-registered under the Bermuda registry and ferried to their respective operator locations.

ACTION TAKEN
Throughout the phase-in process, we ensured the seamless integration of multiple aircraft into the private airline company's fleet. We conducted a thorough PPI at the LOI stage, reviewed aircraft records for Bermuda registry compliance, and upheld operational integrity through daily maintenance progress checks, physical and structural inspections, and defect rectification reviews.

RESULT
Our accurate actions resulted in the smooth integration of multiple aircraft into the private airline company's fleet. Through PPI, comprehensive record reviews, and managing the transition process, we ensured alignment with operational needs and compliance with Bermuda registry standards. Effective communication with lessors resolved queries promptly, and the aircraft have been inducted on time.

IMPACT ON OUR CLIENT
We managed a post-acceptance bridging check for one of the B777 aircraft delivered "as is where is," conducted at the lessor's expense. During this inspection, a defect with the Thrust Reverser was discovered while performing an AD. The rectification costs for this defect exceeded the total secured cost for the check. Through negotiations with the lessor, we secured a lease payment holiday equivalent to the amount spent rectifying the defect, mitigating the financial impact on the airline company.
