SITUATION
We were tasked with managing annual of 27 aircraft under financial lease with an undisclosed bank, all within the Lion Group's fleet across three airlines in Indonesia. Facing limited data due to the absence of mid-lease inspections by the owner, we devised a fixed-price program to address this challenge.
ACTION TAKEN
Conducted comprehensive records collection and review spanning approximately 10 years of operation for all 27 aircraft, rectifying identified defects in collaboration with airlines. Proactively secured physical inspection slots across dispersed locations, including inspections of engines fitted to other aircraft.
RESULT
Successfully delivered electronic record binders compliant with IATA checklists, providing clients with comprehensive maintenance history and compliance status.
