With a background in Smart and Sustainable Design and Creative Business, Ms. Viivika Meritee serves as AVIAHEADS’ Head of Brand and Business Development. She joined the company full-time in February 2024 after initially supporting AVIAHEADS as a freelance designer since June 2023.

In her role, Ms. Meritee leads the company’s brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity while contributing to business development initiatives. She integrates branding, visual communication, and creative strategy to strengthen AVIAHEADS’ external presence and support growth through well-structured, design-driven solutions.

Her combined expertise in contemporary brand design and strategic development ensures that the company’s brand remains consistent, coherent, and aligned with AVIAHEADS’ long-term vision and values.
