Elahe Aghaei is a Design and Airworthiness Engineer at AVIAHEADS with a background in aerospace engineering and several years of experience in aviation and mechanical engineering. She supports engineering and certification activities across projects, focusing on aircraft design, airworthiness compliance and technical documentation in line with EASA requirements.

Her experience includes aircraft modification projects, preparation of certification documents and collaboration on EASA Part 21 and CS-25 tasks. Elahe joined AVIAHEADS in December 2025, applying her technical expertise to help ensure safe and compliant engineering outcomes for our customers.
