With over 15 years in aerospace and aviation, Mohamed Issaoui is Business Development Manager at AVIAHEADS, combining avionics engineering expertise with commercial experience across the Middle East and beyond. He holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Industrial Computing from the National Engineering School of Tunis.

Mohamed has led avionics design teams on major Airbus programmes (including A380, A350, A320neo and A330neo), gaining deep knowledge of OEM processes, safety-critical systems and Part 21G/J compliance. Over the past 12 years in the Middle East market, he has built a strong track record in business development and strategic partnerships, helping AVIAHEADS’ customers find the right solutions in aircraft transitions, technical records, maintenance oversight and support.
